Yes, you should check that you have adequate travel insurance when you book your holiday. We can assist with this if you do not have travel insurance in place.
You can make changes or cancel bookings according to the operator’s terms and conditions but charges may apply depending on the changes or how close the departure date is. Please contact us as soon as you know you need to make changes or cancellations and we can advise further.
This will depend on the airline and whether it is a charter, scheduled or ‘no frills’ (low cost) flight. In general, the luggage allowance for charter or low cost flights may be less than for scheduled flights, ie. 15-20 kg rather than 20-32 kg and hold luggage for charter or low costs flights is likely to cost extra, but we can advise further at the time of booking.

Some countries require passports to be valid for at least six months on return to the UK. If in doubt, you should check prior to booking.
Some countries require foreign visitors to have a visa in order to gain entry to that country. We can assist but you should check with the consulate, embassy or tourist board of the country to be visited. Some countries operate pre-travel entry requirements, eg. the Advance Passenger Information (API) scheme for travellers to Spain and the Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) for visitors to the USA.
